Note: According to BJCP Beer Style Guidelines 2021, if you use unique ingredients such as fruits or spices not commonly found in regular beer styles, please decide whether to categorize your beer as either the Traditional or Experimental style, considering the quantity used.
Example: If a 24A Witbier uses a small amount of Longan as an ingredient and the beer remains refreshing and clean, with distinctive notes of citrus peel and coriander seeds, then choose the 24A style. Conversely, if it uses a large amount of Longan as an ingredient and has a prominent aroma, then a 34C Experimental Beer style is recommended.
